Croydon Churches Housing Association, operating since 1967 has its roots and culture firmly based among the residents of South London. With nearly 1,400 properties within only three London boroughs, CCHA maintains a close working relationship with residents and is a local employer that has "first class" best company status and is an accredited investor in people.
Our commitment remains to provide first class and affordable homes and services and through a range of strategic partnerships ensures that the number of homes and the residents that we offer those services to is growing year on year.

CCHA wins top London Business award

Against tough commercial competition CCHA once again succeeded in proving that it has first class customer service – this time in the whole of South London! CCHA was selected ahead of 26 other companies and was awarded the trophy at the prestigious Royal Bank of Scotland South London Business Awards last night. Ian Winslet, CCHA’s Chief Executive said “offering first class customer service is as always central to our values and mission, we will continue to strive to be the best we can be”

March 2009 saw the departure of Ozay Ali; CCHA's long standing and committed Chief Executive; who will be much missed by the residents & staff who have had the pleasure of knowing and working with him over the last 11 years.
